Meet Assel, the founder of EDUTech Future.
Assel has dedicated her life to saving lives at the WHO, reviewing top scholarship applications from 180 countries at the World Bank, and building AI for Good hackathons at Microsoft for every child.
She sees everyone as a talent and believes in education as level playing field. Assel champions AISkills2Jobs and skills-first hiring and is passionate about using technology to make learning fun, engaging, impact-driven, and accessible.

Career Accelerators
Our Break into Tech programs provide young people and seasoned professionals with the support and guidance they need to succeed in today’s job market. We offer personalized mentorship, GenAI upskilling and employability training for students and professionals to build meaningful careers on their terms.
Break into Tech: Reinventing your Career with AI
Target audience: higher education students, fresh graduates, and early to mid-career professionals
First pilot in August – October 2023
✅ Building a business case and product-market fit with 5 paying students: 3 Singaporeans, 1 Malaysian, 1 Kazakhstani.
✅ Designing with inclusion and personalization, including accessible features for 3 special education needs (SEN) participants.
✅ Diversity: 2 students, 1 fresh graduate, and 2 are mid-career professionals with master’s degree and 10+ experience.
✅ Metrics: Leading 100% students to their tech interview within 6 months upon completion. 1 participant got a fintech role during the program!
💯2.5 weeks of organic marketing with no referrals and word of mouth. 4 out of 5 early adopters did not know of us before!
Cornell Tech case study
During the OECD call, Cornell Tech Director of Break Through Tech Sprinternships shared they started with 5 students in 2016.
The programme now has 50,000+ trained undergraduate students jointly with 190+ leading industry partners in the US.

We offer a range of programs for our education customers and users globally.
These include Education Transformation Framework, AI in Education, M365 and Copilot, Minecraft Education, Imagine Cup Junior AI for Good Competition for K-12 students, Imagine Cup global competition for university students, and the Microsoft Learn technology certifications.
We help universities and colleges apply for Microsoft Learn for Educators program to upskill their faculty and staff.
